Me considero una persona preparada, con facilidad para adaptarme y desarrollarme en nuevos entornos. Desde al año 2009 me he dedicado a la consultoría empresarial, asesorando y capacitando a empresas en temas de liderazgo organizacional y el desarrollo del capital humano. Desde hace más de 10 años me desempeño como profesor a nivel superior en materias de especialidad, actualmente en la Licenciatura en Gestión de Negocios y Proyectos, de la cual soy coordinador de carrera, en la Universidad Tecnológica de Matamoros. Me gusta hablar en público, motivo por el cual doy pláticas y conferencias a empresas, asociaciones y universidades.
